Overview

The Project Management Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, tracking project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and providing regular reports and insights to support effective decision-making and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Professional certification in PMP, PgMP, or PMO
  • Requires 5 years of experience or more
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management services and support project delivery in line with approved plans and timelines.
  • Monitor the progress of the initiative and its related programs and projects.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor project risks, challenges, and issues, and support corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and performance updates.
  • Ensure alignment of project activities with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation, plans, and performance records.
