We are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic plans, monitor organizational performance, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and business priorities. The role will contribute to performance analysis, KPI development and tracking, strategic initiatives, and the preparation of reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
As a Strategic Planning Specialist, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to help turn strategic goals into real, actionable plans. You’ll track how well we’re executing against those goals, keep departments aligned with the bigger picture, and make sure decisions are backed by solid data.
