The land is located in Al-Malaz district – site of the 1st Vocational Training Center – and is 31,000 m² in area.
The site is bordered in the western side by Zahrat Al-Sharq Hotel, in the north by Zarka Al-Yamamah Street, in the east by Taybah street, and in the south by University Street.
Due to the longitudinal shape of the project site, the building and its entrances are established around a spine parallel to the longitudinal spine that is in turn parallel to University Street.
