SAUDCONSULT has been awarded this project as a “Lead Consultant” working in collaboration with AS&P.
The estimated built-up area is 90,000m². SC and AS&P is working in collaboration with the Ministry`s officers responsible in this respect. AS&P will work in collaboration with BWPA and shall carry out the Architecture design of the building, interior design and landscaping design services. Those services shall be provided as stated in the concept and schematic design stages as per RFP.
The scope of services is to carry out all the engineering design services from concept to detailed design stage. However, SC is responsible to Provide all the construction documents including the architecture and interior design during the construction documents stage.
