SAUDCONSULT has been awarded this project as a “”Lead Consultant”” working in collaboration with AS&P. The scope is to provide all design consultancy services for the new MCI Prototype Branches in the Kingdom`s Regions which include the following Ministry- branches:
Hail,azan, Al-Ahsa, Al-Baha, Tabouk, Abha, Jouf, and also the Ministry`s office buildings in Al-Kharj, Unizah, Yanbu, Qurayat, Arar, Dawademi and Al-Majmaah (TOTAL #14 SITES).
There are 3 prototypes need to be designed (Type B with a total 2500 m². built up area, while Type C total built-up area is 1800 m². and type D total built-up area 1100 m².).The estimated built-up area for 13 branches is 40,000 m². AS&P Shall carry out the architecture conceptual design services of the building as stated in the concept design stage as per RFP.
